We typically serve clients who already have a Salesforce org and are looking to optimize it.
Implementations are less common projects for us, but we love setting folks up for success in the first place when we get the chance.
Wolfic specializes in orgs under 200 users. If a client grows above 200 users, we will continue supporting them.
However we typically do not take on new clients who already have more than 200 users. There are usually too many cooks in the kitchen to be a fit for our Wolfic Way.

6 are part of our core team and are involved on a regular basis.
The remaining 40 are independent Subject Matter Experts in our Wolfpack. They support projects on an as-needed basis.

We use a bulk discount pricing model: the larger the project, the lower the hourly rate.
This makes it easy to get a discount by choosing a larger project size.
Nonprofit organizations also receive special additional discounts.

Why Get a Success Roadmap?
Without a roadmap, internal teams often struggle to balance growing revenue with simultaneously architecting and implementing custom processes to support and supercharge that growth.
Delegating key Salesforce architecture decisions that have long-term implications to anyone less than an experienced niche expert can lead to expensive issues and missed opportunities.
The Success Roadmap is a flexible, living document that clearly explains what needs to be done, by whom, when, and why.
If you’d rather not do a formal roadmap workshop, that’s no problem. An informal conversation can suffice for the first draft.
How Is the Roadmap Created?
There are three steps:
Current State Review. Zooming out and documenting the current state of the organization and relevant tech stack.
Future State Blueprint. Envisioning a future where the ROI has been realized and translating that into specific requirements.
Prioritization & Phasing. Organizing all known requirements into phases grouped by priority. Providing hours estimates.
